Goodbye 2004, Hello 2005*

saying goodbye to 2004,
as the year 2005 is finally here.
it shall be a better one this year.
though 2004,
was a year of fun and laughter that passed so quickly,
and everything going alright at first,
ended in such a tragic disaster,
when a tsunami hit Aceh, Phuket, Sri Lanka, etc,
killing over 140,000 innocent lives.
*sighs*
reports shown everywhere,
you can't escape,
lives gone, some alive, some missing and many homeless.
don't we consider ourselves very lucky.
our lives are too fragile,
don't take them for granted.
