Getting weaker and weaker each week ever since I was down with gastric flu, fever and heart burn. Urgh! (equivalent to being a MERLION) And freaking June Race is NEXT WEEK! I know I know its my fault for not taking care of my health but shouldn't my stamina be better by now? I've been really conscious about what I eat and that I have sufficient sleep but why do I still feel like throwing up especially after running? What's happening to my body? Symptoms of aging I suppose? (Zzzzz...) Anyhow, I still need my mental to be strong to last me through. Roars. be strong.... be strong.... be strong....
