(what a lucky star I am) Its been months since I last paid a visit to my nannys/family. Because she heard that I was coming, she woke up at 6 in the morning and headed to wet market to buy the necessary ingredients to make yong tau fu from scratch. (which happens to be one of my favs) I was her helping hand(: Making yong tau fu from scratch isn't an easy job but it sure is FUN! ~ deep frying the beancurd ~ fish + pork + prawn paste for the yong tau fu ~ all done and ready to go into the steamer! ~ cooking the blachan for the yong tau fu ~ end product(: ~ while waiting for the yong tau fu to be ready for dinner... I had homecooked Mee Tai Mak for lunch.Delicious~ ~ ~ Dinner is served... ~ with a dash of garnish ~ chili, fried garlic and spring onions penned by ash.
