HIGH TEA @ BETTY'S ~  What a better way to enjoy your afternoon having tea with loved ones in the comfort of your own home where you can sip down a cup of hot coffee or tea while savoring your tastebuds with your favourite English delights made out of love by the Ng's very own pastry chef - Mom. ~ I tell you, Mom bakes the best breads and pastries. She somehow has a gift and the 3Ps (passion, patience & perfection) when it comes to cooking, baking and gardening. I've mentioned to her that she should open her own bakery shop and name it, BETTY'S each time she bakes something new from one of her many recipe books. Maybe I should learn some baking tips from her then become an entrepreneur, open up this bakery and name it after her.
